Terms of Service

1. The Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Viaabl Infolabs LLP(registered in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008), trading as Blumonc Training ("we", "us"), and you, the individual or organisation purchasing or accessing our training services ("you", "student", "client").

2. Course Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation email from us.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, with a full refund if we cancel.
• Courses require a minimum number of participants to run. If a cohort does not reach minimum numbers, we will offer you a transfer to the next available session or a full refund.
• Course schedules, trainers, and platforms are subject to change with reasonable notice. We will not materially alter the subject matter or CPD hours without offering a refund.

3. Payment

• All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a written invoice agreement has been made.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store card details.
• For corporate invoiced bookings, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• 14+ days before course start: full refund, no charge.
• 7–13 days before course start: 50% refund or free transfer to another session.
• Less than 7 days before course start: no refund, but you may transfer your place to a colleague.
• No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
• 1:1 sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full.

5. Course Access & Conduct

• Your booking grants access to one named individual only. Sharing login credentials or joining links is not permitted.
• You agree to behave respectfully toward trainers and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant for disruptive or abusive behaviour without refund.
• Recording sessions without the trainer's explicit consent is prohibited.
• Sharing or distributing course materials (including workbooks, templates, and recordings) outside your personal use is not permitted.

6. Certificates & CPD

• A CPD-eligible certificate is issued to participants who complete the course and meet the attendance requirement (minimum 80% of live sessions).
• Certificates are issued by Viaabl Infolabs LLP under the Blumonc Training brand. We make no representation that certificates are recognised by any specific third-party body unless explicitly stated.
• Certificates remain valid and verifiable via our verification portal for as long as we operate this service.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, slides, workbooks, templates, and recordings are the intellectual property of Viaabl Infolabs LLP or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own professional development only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, opportunity, or data.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

As an LLP, the personal liability of Viaabl Infolabs LLP's members is limited to their capital contribution.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection law (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. For active bookings, the Terms in force at the time of booking apply unless you expressly agree to updated Terms.
