1. Cancellations by You
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@blumonc.com. The date of our acknowledgement email determines which window applies.

2. Course Transfers
You may transfer your booking to a different session of the same course free of charge, subject to availability, provided you give at least 7 days' notice before the original start date. Transfers to a different course are treated as a cancellation and re-booking at the current price.
You may also transfer your place to a colleague of equal or lower booking status at any time before the course starts by notifying us in writing with the new participant's name and email.
3. Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course if minimum participant numbers are not reached or in circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). In such cases, you will be offered:
- A free transfer to the next available cohort, or
- A full refund of all fees paid, processed within 14 business days.
We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs you may have incurred.
4. Corporate & Team Bookings
Corporate bookings invoiced directly to an employer are subject to the same cancellation windows above. For team bundles (5+ participants), partial cancellation of individuals within a group booking follows the standard policy per person; the bundle discount applies to the remaining participants based on the new group size.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. For card payments via Stripe, processing time may be up to 10 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are typically instant to the PayPal balance.
6. Consumer Rights
If you are an individual consumer (booking for personal, non-business use), you may have rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian consumer law. Courses that have not yet commenced may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation windows above. Once a course has commenced, or if you have expressly requested immediate access to digital course materials, the general refund windows apply.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email support@blumonc.com with:
- Your full name and the email used for booking
- Your booking reference number
- The reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 1 business day.
