How does pricing work?

We offer personalised rates based on your history with us. New clients start with a free 1-hour discovery call. Returning clients book hourly sessions. Long-term clients unlock preferred rates and retainer options.

Can I pay by invoice or PO?

Yes - we issue GST-compliant tax invoices and accept PO numbers. Corporate clients can arrange 30-day payment terms. Email corporate@blumonc.com.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Within 24 hours, a credit note is issued valid for 12 months. Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.

Is there a long-term commitment?

No. Advisory sessions and training are booked as you need them. Retainer arrangements are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel.
